Through thoughtful guidance and preparation, we concentrate on building self-worth, strengthening decision-making skills, and equipping participants with the confidence they need to become motivated doers and achievers in school, work, and life.
Our Leadership Development Program provides quality exposure to STEM careers and female role models while cultivating individual potential and aspirations.

Our Mission
Empowerment Strategies for Girls is a youth leadership development and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) promotion organization with a mission to equip girls and young women, ages 11-21, through innovative workshops, events, and interactive tools to build their capacity as global, professional, technologically-astute, thought leaders.
Not Just for Girls
Our turning dreamers into doers learning experiences aren’t just for girls and young women.
We provide leadership development programs and academic and professional goal-setting courses to co-ed audiences at the middle school, high school, and early college levels.
Known as Empowerment Strategies for Teens & Young Adults, our co-ed programs offer high-caliber instruction and thoughtful guidance on the enlightening journey from today’s adolescents to tomorrow’s leaders.
