Real-life leadership skills empower teens and young adults to guide effectively others at school, work, and home.
The co-ed counterpart to Empowerment Strategies for Girls, Empowerment Strategies for Teens & Young Adults, provides leadership development programs and academic and professional goal-setting courses to male and female audiences at the middle school, high school, and early college levels.
Our curriculum supports the transition from middle school to high school, from high school to college and college to career.
We introduce participants to various professional and academic role models, while teaching real-life and leadership skills, such as team-building, communication, and critical thinking.
Courses are offered in 6– and 12-week sessions and can be delivered in-person or virtually.
Character isn't something you were born with and can't change, like your fingerprints. It's something you weren't born with but must take responsibility for forming.
