The earlier young girls and women learn essential leadership skills, the greater they will benefit from their rewards.
Designed to spark positive outcomes in an individual’s life journey, our Leadership Development Program provides interactive, skill-building workshops, known as Leadership Essentials, for young girls and women ages 11–21.
Our customized curriculum is available in 6– and 12-week sessions, emphasizing guidance, preparation, and exposure to positive role models, STEM careers, and foundational life skills.
Through a series of interactive exercises dedicated to establishing problem-solving, critical-thinking, goal-setting, and team-building skills, participants learn how to:
- Strengthen Peer Relationships & Decision-Making Skills
- Increase Focus on Personal, Academic & Career Potential
